At Sheikh Gulzar Fabrics, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We have updated our refund and exchange policy to include an "Allow-to-Open" feature, providing you with the ability to verify your purchase upon delivery, ensuring a seamless and secure shopping experience.

Refunds and Exchanges

Allow-to-Open Policy: Upon delivery, you have the option to check the fabric before making a payment. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product directly to the rider without any hassle. Once the fabric is checked and accepted, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Immediate Exchange Option: If you decide not to keep your purchase, you may request an exchange while our courier is present. The courier will take back the item you wish to return, and a replacement will be arranged if desired. This must be done at the time of delivery.

Refund Options

  • Refund: Due to the nature of our Allow-to-Open policy, refunds will only be processed for items rejected at the time of delivery.
  • Voucher: Should you choose to return the item at delivery, we can issue a voucher equal to the amount paid, which can be used for future purchases. This voucher is generated immediately and has no expiry date.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • The fabric must not be washed, cut, or altered.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery.
